Body hurts.

Might give my muscles a rest today. Will just do some gentle stretching.

I hate seeing overweight families.

The parents lack of education and/or laziness is making them feed their children to death. How are those kids ever going to learn how to make GOOD food decisions or motivate themselves to get off the couch?

Sorry for being away.

I’m falling into old habits, I’ve eaten two tiny meals a day the past three days.
